Mojisola Rachael Akinsiku

Mojisola Rachael Akinsiku received the B.Eng. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA), Nigeria, in 2019. From 2019 to 2023, she worked as an Internet of Things (IoT) Engineer at Prunedge Technologies, where she was involved in the design and deployment of embedded systems for smart infrastructure and wireless sensor applications. She received her MS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from NDSU in 2026 and she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at North Dakota State University, Fargo, USA, where she also serves as a Research Assistant under Dr. Shuvashis Dey in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Her research interests include frequency selective surfaces (FSS), intelligent reflecting surfaces (IRS), chip-based and chipless RFID sensors, and intelligent sensing systems for precision agriculture and environmental monitoring.
